We build WuJi (吾季), a subscription journal organised around the 24 Solar Terms of the traditional Chinese calendar. It shows you where the year currently sits, cites the classical text behind every statement, and gives you a private place to record how your own days actually go.
It is a cultural and lifestyle tool. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or predict any medical condition, and we have written the product so that it cannot pretend otherwise.
What we sell
One product, sold directly to consumers as a self-service subscription in US dollars. There is no advertising business, no data brokerage and no third-party marketplace.

How the product works
Every figure WuJi shows is produced by a versioned, deterministic rule engine. The same inputs always return the same output, and each output can be traced back to the rule and the edition it came from.

Locate the year
The engine resolves the current solar term and the six-qi step of the year from the astronomical calendar, adjusted for your time zone, true solar time and hemisphere. A reader in Melbourne does not get a description of a northern spring.

Add your own time inputs, if you want to
Date, time and city of birth are optional. Supply them and the seasonal reading is framed against your own timeline; leave them out and everything except the personal timeline still works. We ask for separate, explicit consent before storing anything in this category.

Read the source, then decide for yourself
Each card separates three things that are usually blurred together: what the classical text says, how later commentators read it, and the plain journalling prompt we derived from it. All three carry an evidence tier so you can see which is which.

Keep a record and look back
Daily check-ins, notes and optional symptom logs stay private to your account. Weekly and monthly views describe what you recorded. They describe; they do not predict.

What WuJi does

What it deliberately does not do
- Diagnose a condition, or suggest that it could
- Recommend, change or discourage any medicine or herbal formula
- Predict illness, life events or outcomes of any kind
- Claim clinical validation for a traditional framework
- Send your birth details, notes or symptoms to advertising platforms
- Use countdowns, fake discounts or pre-ticked renewals to sell

Why the sourcing discipline matters to us
Most software in this space either dresses tradition up as clinical fact or reduces it to horoscope copy. We think there is an honest third option: present the material accurately, say plainly where the evidence stops, and let the reader judge.
Deterministic, not generative
Calendar and phase calculations come from code, not a language model. Classical quotations are inserted from a fixed registry, so wording cannot drift between readings.
Editorial review before publication
Our English articles are drafted against that same registry and reviewed by a person before release. Drafts that fail the compliance checks cannot reach a published state.
Limits stated in the product
Where a traditional rule has competing interpretations, or where we are extrapolating, the interface says so instead of smoothing it over.
