Before you dispute a card charge
Charges from us appear as E5ELEMENTS on your statement. If that is
unfamiliar, email billing@e5elements.com
with the date and amount and we will identify the transaction and, where our
refund policy applies, refund it directly. That is almost always
faster than a bank dispute, and it means we can fix whatever caused the confusion.
If you have a medical concern
We cannot assess symptoms, interpret test results or advise on treatment, and our support team will not attempt to. For an emergency, contact your local emergency services. For symptoms that persist, consult a qualified healthcare professional. This is a boundary we hold even when customers ask us to cross it — see the medical disclaimer.
Reporting a problem with our content
If a classical citation is wrong, an edition is misattributed, a translation is misleading or a claim reaches further than its evidence, we want to know. Write to legal@e5elements.com with the page and the passage. When we get something wrong we publish the correction rather than silently editing the text.
