Acceptable Use Policy

1. Health and safety misuse

The rules we care about most, because breaking them can hurt someone:

Do not present WuJi output as a diagnosis, a clinical assessment or a treatment plan, for yourself or anyone else.
Do not use our content to advise another person on medication, dosage or whether to seek care.
Do not use our brand, screenshots or citations to imply that we endorse a therapy, practitioner, supplement or clinic. We endorse none.
Do not strip our evidence tiers, source attributions or disclaimers when quoting us — those labels are the point.
Do not republish our material with health claims added on top.

2. Technical abuse

No probing, scanning, penetration testing or attempting to bypass authentication or rate limits without our written permission. To report a vulnerability responsibly, see the security page.
No denial-of-service traffic, and no automated load that degrades the service for others.
No accessing another person's account or data.
No reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting our source code or rule engine, except to the extent the law expressly permits and we cannot restrict.
No introducing malware, and no using the service to host or distribute it.
No circumventing paywalls, forging payment callbacks, tampering with orders, or abusing refunds and free tiers to obtain paid features without paying.

3. Content and data extraction

No scraping, crawling beyond what robots.txt allows, or systematic bulk downloading of our pages, diagrams or source registry.
No copying our content database, in whole or in substantial part, and no redistributing it.
No using our content to train a machine-learning model without our written permission.
No reselling, sublicensing or white-labelling WuJi or its output.
Personal quotation with attribution and a link is fine and welcome.

4. Account rules

One account per person; do not share, sell, rent or transfer your account or credentials.
Do not register on behalf of someone else without their authority, or impersonate anyone.
Do not create accounts to evade a suspension or to farm referral rewards.
Do not use the service if you are under 18.

5. Content you submit

Your journal is private, but it is still hosted on our systems, so do not upload:

Unlawful material, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
Another identifiable person's health information without their consent;
Material that harasses, threatens or defames anyone;
Credentials, payment card numbers or government identity numbers — we do not need them and you should not store them with us.

6. Legal and sanctions compliance

Do not use WuJi in breach of applicable law, and do not access it from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive United States trade sanctions or if you are a person with whom United States persons are prohibited from dealing. Do not use the service for money laundering, payment fraud or card testing.

7. How we respond

Our response is proportionate to what happened, and we prefer the smallest effective step:

We ask you to stop — for most first-time, low-harm issues, including accidental ones.
We rate-limit or restrict a feature — for automated load or scraping.
We suspend the account — for repeated breaches, payment fraud, or anything putting other users at risk.
We terminate and, where required, report — for serious or unlawful conduct.

Where it is safe and lawful, we tell you what rule was broken and give you a chance to fix it before acting. Immediate suspension without notice is reserved for active attacks, payment fraud and conduct creating a risk of harm to someone.

8. If we get it wrong

Enforcement decisions are made by people and people make mistakes. If you think we have acted wrongly, reply to the notice or write to legal@e5elements.com and a different person will review it. If we suspended a paid account in error, we restore it and extend your subscription by the time you lost.

9. Reporting abuse

To report misuse of WuJi or of our content, email legal@e5elements.com. Include links or screenshots. For suspected security vulnerabilities use security@e5elements.com instead.
